In 2020 I moved from SVP of New Construction to SVP of Construction Technologies and Manufacturing. I made this leap because I believe the future of construction is driven by the model, technology and manufacturing. Currently, I am working to leverage contech and the BIM model into manufacturing for internal customers as well as external owner-direct customers. It is exciting to lead teams through the transition of productization and the manufacture of building components.In addition to working towards the future of construction from the model and manufacturing perspective, I am also passionate about increasing diversity and inclusion within the construction industry. Throughout the years, I have worked to be a voice for opportunities for all. In 2018, I launched a tradeswomen program within TDIndustries that provided opportunities for female craft workers.Previously, I served as a member of PlanGrid’s Customer Advisory Board. Currently, I serve on the Texas Tech University College of Architecture Design Leadership Alliance Dean's Circle and the Associated General Contractors of Houston Executive Roundtable.
